Telegram bot for online forum (SendPulse)

A Telegram bot has been developed on the SendPulse platform for user registration and ticket sales for an online forum. The bot guides the user through the registration process, offers to purchase a ticket, and records all actions.

Features:

- Integration with the Monobank payment system for convenient and quick payments.

- Automatic reminders if a person gets "stuck" at a certain stage and shows no activity for 30 minutes.

- Data on registered users and those who purchased tickets are automatically sent to Telegram channels with appropriate names and recorded in Google Sheets.

- A tagging system is set up for audience segmentation and subsequent targeted mailings to warm up and remind.
