Telegram bot for adding ads with auto payment in USDT

The bot allows you to create ads and pay for their publication. Payment is accepted in USDT (automated). You just need to send the funds to the specified wallet after which the ad will be published in the channel. An automatic cashback system for users and a guarantor function (with funds held in the USDT wallet) are also set up.
