Telegram bot for collecting feedback

Connecting two Telegram bots in one script. The first receives feedback from the user and forwards it to the second bot. The second bot then sends it to a separate moderation chat and, after a choice ("Publish" or "Ignore"), either publishes it in the appropriate thread of the general chat or ignores it.
