A Telegram bot was developed to collect, process, and manage employee improvement suggestions within a company. Employees can submit ideas through a step-by-step form: choose a category, describe the problem, propose a solution, select the expected impact, attach photos or videos, and optionally submit the idea anonymously.
The bot automatically saves submissions to Google Sheets, uploads media files to Google Drive, sends notifications to the commission group, and allows proposal statuses to be changed directly in Telegram. Authors receive automatic notifications when the status of their suggestion changes. Role-based access was implemented for owners, commission members, and regular employees.
The project includes statistics, search, paginated proposal viewing, commission member management, an administrator instruction section, and Google OAuth integration so the bot works through the client’s own Google account.
