Telegram Bot for a Financial Services Company
I developed a custom Telegram bot for a company providing financial services such as insurance, leasing, mortgage, and more. The bot's core functionality was inspired by a working prototype:
Green Travel Insurance Bot (link in desc), which served as the base model and was significantly customized and expanded to meet the company’s specific needs.
Key Features:
Interactive form submission for services like insurance, leasing, mortgages, etc. — with real-time input validation and optional document attachments.
Automatic CRM integration via Webhooks — every client application is instantly sent to the correct department or agent.
CRM-based client communication — managers can respond to clients directly through the CRM, while the bot tracks interactions and statuses.
Structured client database built with MongoDB, storing customer data securely and enabling further analysis or follow-up.
Telegram notifications & campaigns — reminders about payments, contract expirations, promotions, etc.
Email notifications at every stage — confirmation of request submission, status changes, case resolution, etc., using SMTP/Nodemailer.
Admin dashboard (optional) for viewing applications, managing mailing campaigns, and reviewing communication history.
Modular logic — easily extendable to new services without overhauling the core architecture.
