Telegram Bot for Group Filtering

The bot filters messages in the group and sends the admin a message about deletion with buttons to block the user in the group. The bot filters all types of text and message edits, it does not delete anything unnecessary. There is a convenient admin panel for adding and removing trigger texts: words, names, phrases. Each type of trigger is checked differently, and there is also a function for transliterating text into Cyrillic (each letter is transliterated, for example: t = т, m = м), to avoid "encryption" of the text.
