Telegram bot for a tattoo artist with online booking, portfolio, and CRM

Developed a Telegram bot for the tattoo master YYOKAI INK. The bot helps clients view the portfolio, learn about prices, read tattoo care rules, and book appointments through an interactive calendar.

What has been implemented:

The client can choose a date and time, leave their name, Instagram, phone number, and a description of their idea. After booking, the master receives a complete message with all the client's data. Free and busy slots are synchronized with Firebase, so the bot functions as a simple CRM system.

Result:

The master received a convenient tool for automating bookings, communicating with clients, and managing the schedule. The bot reduces the number of manual messages, helps avoid duplicate bookings, and operates 24/7.
