For water delivery (Premium Aqua):
Development of a technological and convenient Telegram bot for a company delivering artesian water. The bot is created as a full-fledged alternative to a mobile application, allowing customers to place orders in just a few clicks directly in the messenger.
What has been implemented (Bot functionality):
Quick order: selection of bottle volumes (18.9L, 12L, 5L), related products (pumps, coolers) and quantity.
Address management: saving multiple delivery addresses (home, office) for one-click order placement.
Order history and repeat: ability to quickly repeat a previous order.
Loyalty program: accumulation of bonuses for orders and a referral system.
Automatic reminders: smart notifications when the customer is projected to run out of water (significantly increases LTV).
Admin panel for dispatcher: instant receipt of new requests, management of order statuses, customer messaging.
Design and interface: An innovative, fresh visual style has been implemented. Two UI concepts have been developed (light and dark Glassmorphism with neon accents), highlighting the purity of the product and the technological nature of the service. The interface is intuitive for customers of all ages.
The solution is perfectly suited for water, food, flower delivery services, and any local e-commerce projects.
