Telegram Bot to Get Private24 Excerpt on the FOP List

Telegram Bot, which forms a Private 24 post on the FOP list and extract the result either on the screen or sends it to the user's mail.
The list of FOPs and their keys are entered in a separate configuration file.
Access to the bot is open and closed by the administrator.
The user’s data is stored in a sqlite database
