A Telegram bot was created for the workshop employees on the Make.com service and integrated with a Google spreadsheet.
Task: by the order number in the bot, the employee was provided with all the information about the order to start working. The start and end of the employee's work were automatically recorded in the spreadsheet. The employee also indicated the quantity of produced goods, reasons for non-fulfillment, and other indicators in the bot, which are automatically recorded in the spreadsheet.
