The Telegram bot support project is a Telegram bot designed to provide an anonymous customer communication with technical support to solve his problem.At the start of the dialogue with the bot, the client is offered to choose one of the two proposed buttons.The first button, “I need help.“TheStart a survey in which the customer describes his problem.The second button, “/help”, provides the client with a list of commands that he can use.For example, the “/getmyid” team allows you to get the customer ID, and technical support is provided with an additional set of commands, such as “/getactiverequests”, which removes a list of customers waiting for a response, and “/closesession”, which closes the current customer dialogue.The dialogue between the customer and technical support may contain different types of content, including text, video, files, images, emoji, stickers, gips and other formats.This provides convenience and efficiency in communicating and solving the problem.Thus, the project is a tool that facilitates and accelerates the process of communication between the customer and technical support, while providing anonymousness and a variety of options for exchange of information.
