Telegram bot "Goals and Action Plan"

The user sends their goal to the bot (by text or voice), the bot generates a step-by-step plan using GPT and saves it in the Notion database. Two interaction options are implemented: text or voice message. The scenario includes automatic switching between GPT models for uninterrupted operation in case of exceeding limits.
Done via Make + Telegram Bot + Notion + OpenAI.
