The telegram bot

Working with the API, working with the MySQL Database, working with the pyTelegramBotAPI library. On the bot platform, a card game is created to register its players in the database, thus controlling the number of points they earn. In the game there are players' ratings, a drop to protect against bots, and a lie, to earn the main game currency.
