Telegram bots to be notified from WooCommerce

Connecting and setting up the Telegram bot on the WordPress site for sending notifications about new orders in the online store.

The bot will send the following messages to the TG of the store administrator:
- a new order is placed in WooCommerce: the full text of the order, including the ordered goods, the amount of the order, and the client's contact details
- received a message from the contact form (Contacts, Contact us, Quick order, Callback, etc.)
