MyCryptoHold — Telegram Mini App for managing crypto assets

Project description:
Developed a Telegram Mini App for monitoring and analytics of cryptocurrency portfolios directly in Telegram. The application combines real-time tracking of rates, AI analytics, and a flexible notification system in a convenient and fast interface.

Key features:
Real-time rate tracking
• AI forecasts of various durations: intraday, daily, weekly, and monthly horizons
• Customizable price alerts, stop levels, volatile "corridors," trailing notifications
• Multilingual interface (UA/EN/RU/TR + expansion capability)
• Easy access in the format of a Telegram Mini App

AI analytics (implementation details):
• Factor model with 19 features (liquidity, volatility, volume, momentum, moving averages, risk indicators, etc.).
• Ensemble of 6 models based on scikit-learn: data preprocessing via StandardScaler, subsequent inference using Logistic Regression (probability of direction) and Linear Regression (expected amplitude of change); additional sub-models for different horizons.
• Validation: train_test_split, classification assessment via accuracy_score, regression via mean_absolute_error (MAE); regular backtesting and retraining on schedule.
• Composition of accuracy: an integral indicator that aggregates 19 quality parameters (by horizons and instruments) into an understandable reliability index for the user.
• Risk management: smoothing signals during high volatility, anti-overfit controls, "quiet hours" for notifications.

Notification system:
• Multichannel alerts (push in Telegram, summary in digests, instant triggers).
• Event types: level reached, range breakout, trend change, increased risk/volatility, updates to AI forecasts.
• Flexible profiles (conservative / balanced / aggressive) and individual rules for each asset.

Monetization:
• Web3 — TON Connect Subscriptions: premium access activated by the wallet owner in 2 clicks.
• Alternative — contextual advertising for the free version.

Implementation features:
• Integration with exchange APIs (market data), scikit-learn (ML stack), optimized UX for Mini App.
• Flexible localization mechanism (UA/EN/RU/TR).
• Scalable architecture for new assets/indicators and additional forecasting horizons.
