Telehealth & Marketplace Platform for Dispensaries

This project involved the end-to-end design and development of a complex platform combining telehealth, e-commerce, and internal administration for the medical cannabis industry.

The product includes multiple interconnected flows: a public marketplace for discovering dispensaries and ordering products, a secure telehealth system for online doctor consultations, and a comprehensive admin panel for managing profiles, referrals, visibility, and analytics.

We were responsible for both product design and implementation, ensuring usability, compliance, and scalability across all roles - patients, doctors, dispensaries, and administrators.

The result is a production-ready platform built to support real business operations in a regulated healthcare environment.
