Testing the purchase and payment at Rozetka.com.ua

The test included making a purchase on the site and making a refund using a bank card or imposed payment, according to the methodology described below and providing a report.
The methodology includes an analysis of convenience, security, the speed of the purchase and return process, the quality of communication with the site support service.
The test was carried out in the browsers Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer, and the adaptability of the list was tested on both PC and mobile devices.
