TG-Bot Paid Subscription for the Private Channel of the Expert (SMARTSENDER)
Niche: Online fitness project (INFOBUS)
Task: Implement a convenient paid subscription to a closed Telegram channel with automatic verification, reminders, and support.
Solution:
Full development and implementation of the Telegram chat-bot logic (on SmartSender), which will automatically administer the channel (approving subscriber requests, payments/reminders/auto-removal after subscription ends/support).
Details that I implemented:
>> Two types of subscriptions via Stripe directly in the Bot:
50 zloty / 30 days
200 zloty / 365 days
>> Complete subscription management system:
Automatic access verification to the channel
Removal from the channel after payment completion
Reminders before expiration: 7, 4, 2, 1 day
Persistent menu with “Support” and “Manage Subscription” buttons
Displaying subscription status and remaining days
>> Service and support:
Instant notifications to administrators about payments, removals, inquiries
Support contact button directly in the menu
Simple access logic — minimal user actions
>> Additionally:
Created a mini-landing page for Facebook advertising
>>>>Results: Increased sales volume through additional product creation
+ Stable subscription operation without manual moderation
+ Transparent analytics — admins see all events
+ User convenience
>>Implementation period: 3 days
Total collaboration period with this client: over 10 months
