The boat that checks whether a subscribed user is on the channel

The bot verifies whether the user is subscribed to a certain channel(s), if so, then the bot edits the previous message and says that now the user has access to the new one he wanted to subscribe to. The function of receiving the channel ID (when the message is transmitted from the channel itself) is also enhanced, for the convenience of the administrator to add the channels to their ID lists.
