The Boat with the Telegrams of Users

This bot helps in protecting the chat from suspicious participants that join. He leads a database to track it all. In the chat participants can change the reputation of each other, the lower the indicator, the greater the reliability that the user is dangerous and it is worth banning, or should be cautious when communicating with him. Also users can see the history of the user's behavior in the chats.

We used such technologies as:
- PyTelegramBotAPI
by SQLAlchemy

He also wrote a test for him with the help of "pytest".
