The complex is a complex structure of public and commercial rooms connected vertically by stairs and elevators with housing levels.

To create comfortable and secure recreation zones, children's squares, the complex is divided by height into two parts by changing. The area of the changing can be reached from any level by stairs, elevators and external pedestrian panduses.
The accommodation of comfortable apartments is designed in three 6th and 7th floor housing sections. The placement and turn of sections is carried out taking into account the insulation of apartments and panoramic species on the river. Each section is equipped with panoramic and cargo lifts. In the area of the changing, under the section, are children's places protected from rainfall and sun.
