Since the pre-computer era, active studenthood has spread progressive ideas through self-writing publications. Forbidden literature and current issues of modernity were discussed by “light minds” through the scripture of conscious citizens. Since the PC has become a more common element of the interior than a soft chair against the Soviet TV, the latest ideas have gained a printed look.
