The Voice Assistant – Harper

Voice Offline Assistant Harper. Its main feature is working without the internet. Also perceives the commands that you will say - "Happy, hello", for this function to work must be the name of the assistant before the proposal. It has a Wikipedia API, that is, if you ask "What's ..." and you'll have an internet connection - you'll get the answer from Wikipedia. Upgrades are planned.
