Description of the solution: Developed a fully automated system for creating and publishing multilingual content. The tool allows managing the website content process exclusively through Airtable, without the need to log into the WordPress admin panel.

Input data and validation:

The user enters the article topic and selects a category in the table.

The system automatically checks the website for duplicates on this topic before starting work.

Content generation using AI:

Semantic collection: searching for relevant keywords and tags according to the topic.

Writing a full article in two languages.

Generating meta-data: SEO Title and Description for both language versions.

Creating a unique thematic image and generating Alt text for it.

Integration with WordPress:

Publishing articles in "Draft" status.

Automatically linking language versions to each other (synchronization of translations).

Filling in all fields: content, images, category, tags, SEO fields.

Management and feedback:

After generation, all data is recorded in the table along with a direct link to the article preview.

A publication management function has been implemented from the table: the user can instantly publish the article or schedule it for a specific date by simply changing the status in the cell.

Result: The complete cycle of writing an article—from topic to finished layout with media and SEO—takes 3-4 minutes. Saving 3-4 hours for the user who receives ready-to-publish material with a convenient moderation interface.
