A two-storey housing project with a flat roof. The total area is 309 m2.
On the first floor of the hotel combined with the kitchen and the dining room with the exit to the terrace, the cabinet, the closet, the sanctuary. On the second floor two bedrooms, two children's rooms. In the house is provided a floor, with the technical premises located in it : heat point, washing, household premises. The vertical connection between the stairs is provided by a two-marche staircase.
On the flat roof - a terrace for recreation and a view of the picturesque landscapes surrounding the given area.
