Customer: Your ZNO is an online platform for preparation for ZNO.The customer contacted us with a simple purpose: to create a website, set up advertising and get the first customers.However, the market has already formed its valves, which dictate the rules of the entire market.We had a unique opportunity to get on the side of product management and help the customer to form a unique, demanding product.The result: we conducted a market analysis and realized that all online schools are very similar to each other, which makes it difficult for the consumer to choose.Therefore, we have developed a brand platform for TWOE ZNO - Discover, which has to determine the vector of product characteristics: we offer the lowest price for live training with teachers, which is achieved by the number of people in the group, but is compensated by the feedback of teachers after classes.As a result, withdrawing from positioning, we created a design approach that us to separate ourselves from our competitors at the level of identity.The customer remained pleased, and we continue to work on the implementation of the communication strategy in paid media.
