Types of classifications of boat engines

Purchasing engines for a boat is quite a difficult task, since there are a large number of types of such mechanisms. The goods of this direction can be divided into a number of subgroups, in which the engines are systematized according to certain criteria. These criteria can be the difference in the manufacturer, the power, the type of fuel, as well as the number of tacts.

In terms of fuel, the engines for boats are divided into: diesel, electric and gasoline. According to the classification by the number of tacts there are 4-chatt and 2-chatt boat engines.
