Unlocking the Google Merchant Center account for an online security systems store (WordPress platform, Ukraine). Reason for the ban: "Distortion of facts"

The client reached out after several unsuccessful attempts to pass moderation independently. The situation was complicated by the fact that the number of resubmissions was strictly limited.

What we did:

- Conducted a full audit of the website and made necessary changes to the cart, payment and delivery methods, as well as return and exchange policies.

- Brought product listings in line with the current requirements of Google Merchant Center.

- Made adjustments to the Merchant Center account settings.

- Successfully passed the advertiser verification in Google Ads.

- Checked the website for broken links and resolved the identified issues.

Result: the account was successfully unlocked on the second attempt. The store is active again and successfully sells products through Google Shopping.
