Unlocking the advertising account

The advertising account was blocked for "violating the rules," but without a specific reason.
The account owner tried to resolve the issue independently,
contacted support, followed the recommendations, but did not achieve a result.

Subsequently, support responded that they CANNOT RESTORE access to the advertising account.

Solution: re-contact support with a change in the wording of the request.
It was possible to clarify that the problem was due to incorrectly provided personal data.

The ability to change personal data appeared after a few more contacts with support and discovering a way to bypass the block.
