Upgrades on the VectorCanz website on the self-written CMS

The site is made on the self-written CMS system "Seo Easy Engine".

The following tasks were fulfilled:
- the possibility of making a discount for the group of "Applications";
New products are the first in the catalogue.
Fast product viewing function;
It has been added the possibility to view the products in the catalogue by 25, 35 or all.
