Launching QA processes from scratch

What I did: I entered the project where there was neither test documentation nor defect tracking. I set up Jira with a module for test cases, described the main scenarios, and launched a cycle of manual and regression testing. I established information exchange between QA and developers.
Result: Critical bugs in production decreased by 30%, and the team started releasing versions without "fires."
