UX/UI of a website for global IT staffing (Figma)

Design of a conversion-oriented website for CrossBorder Talent — an IT staffing partner for Australian companies. The UI combines bold headings with soft cards, rounded media, and a warm orange accent to make the interface feel close and friendly. I built the information architecture around two paths — Hire Talent and For Candidates — and developed a reusable card system for services, case studies, and the blog. Delivered a simple and adaptive system in Figma (components, tokens, variants, specifications) for fast, standardized development.
