Before the development of the project we identified the main tasks that needed to be implemented:
- Develop a multifunctional online store to enter the online market;
Increase conversion by using the latest trends in e-commerce, design and utility;
Connect the audience to the online store without intermediaries;
Order through the website;
- Promotion and development of the brand on the European market;
- Adaptive layer under all types of devices;
Payment online through the website.The process
The Promodex team has decided to implement the project in the following stages:
- To conduct a niche and competitor analysis to identify strong and weak sides.- To conduct a market analysis of the EU countries to identify the most sensitive audience.Based on the received data, the decision was taken to develop in Germany, France, the UK.- To perform a search query analysis to create a semantic core of a website.- Create the structure of the site, starting from the semantic core.- Process UI/UX design project, based on the conducted analysis.- To realize the website design according to the company’s brand and modern web design trends.- Realize the necessary work pool from the front-end and back-end parts.- Make downloads of goods on Amazon, Ebey, Etsy, etc.- Protest the project, including load tests, usability, productivity and safety.Results
The Promodex team, for 23 working days, has implemented the key solution: from the customer’s address to the implementation of the website and the launch of the website.The site is located in the green area of PageSpeed Insights, which was an important parameter for SEO optimization of the site.- According to the results of the test, a group from the target audience positively responded to the web site, its structure and atmosphere.We received 83% of the positive reviews.- Due to the quality optimization of the website, in the first 3 months, the site was ranked in the top 10 search output for key queries.- 6 months after the development of the site the Customer noted that the attention to the brand has increased in general both from the CA and colleagues from other countries.Auditory

In the implementation of the project participated a team of 8 people: project manager, business analyst, marketing scientist, UI/UX scientist, seo scientist, front-end developer, back-end developer, QA scientist.The site is designed using the site management system and CMS Opencart version 3, as this platform meets all technical requirements as well as the customer’s advantages.
