The project was aimed at creating an automated email campaign before and after the webinar with personalized messages based on the registration date and time of each participant. For this, the #activecampaign service was used.
The automation helped structure communication, warming up interest, sending timely reminders, and providing access details without overwhelming the recipients. As a result, engagement increased, participants stayed informed, and those who missed the live broadcast were encouraged to watch the webinar recording.
