3D visualization of the building facade - before / after

This work demonstrates the process of transforming the facade of a private house: from architectural drawing to final 3D visualization.

The "Before" image shows the original facade in the form of a technical sketch with materials and proportions.
The "After" image is a photorealistic render with a modern facade design, updated materials, colors, and details.

The project was completed for the presentation of the design solution and a visual comparison of the idea with the final result.
