Volumetric 3D planning of the apartment: detailed floor plan of the interior

Project: Volumetric visualization of planning (3D Floor Plan) for apartment interior presentation.

Main tasks of the project:
- Creation of an informative top-down view for clear understanding of ergonomics and zoning of the space.
- Development of realistic materials for flooring, walls, and furniture arrangement.
- Setting up soft, natural lighting that emphasizes the volume of each room.

Software: Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona Renderer.
