At the beginning I had 2 text documents "Cities" and "Signs" from which AFTER Effect himself took the data, that is, to change the weather I changed the values directly in the text file and had already removed the finished video in the AFTER Effect. Well, then we found a programmer who made the automatic replacement of current weather for tomorrow in the documents.
