The project is aimed at developing cooperation between the research and development sector, the commercial sector, higher professional education, the development of scientific and educational, scientific and applied activities of Russian universities and scientific organizations, stimulating the use of the potential of Russian higher education institutions by manufacturing enterprises for the development of high-tech production, the development of human resources and stimulation of innovative activity in the Russian economy.
