The project aimed to create an efficient tool for returning lost pets home, providing a simple and pleasant user interface.

Work done:
- Competitor and target audience research
- Customer journey mapping: identified the optimal path that the user will take from opening the web service to completing the process of returning the pet home.
- Visual design creation: based on the collected information and research, a visual design was developed that reflects the friendly and pleasant image of the "Happy Pets" brand.
