The customer who came to us wanted to get a site made for users. To bring results and profits.
Activities
The first work we made a portrait of the target audience, made a buyer persona on several products, then was the collection of information from the focus group (final target consumers). Thus, we were able to get the advantages we can give to customers, the disadvantages we have based on competitive analysis, the needs of the target audience who needs the product.
Results
We started developing prototypes according to the UX Design methodology. We have emphasized our main advantages, highlighted the unique trading offers that we can give to customers and approved the customer’s ready prototypes of the site pages;
Next - the phase of the development of the design and layout of the pages;
The customer is satisfied with the result and will continue to cooperate with the agency.
