The task:
Create a corporate website for TK KTL – a company-expeditor in the field of cargo rail transport, which helps Ukrainian enterprises quickly and reliably deliver their products to any point of the country.We are called to create a B2B site from scratch that will improve the image of the company, increase the recognition among partners and potential customers, and the most important thing is to help sell more and more convenient.The most difficult part of the work is your own video player.It was developed from zero, and includes little at first glance, but very pleasant little things: video download indicator, inscriptions, convenient control elements.First of all, you’ve understood the company’s business processes to understand what tasks you need to solve with the help of a new website.Then they created a UX prototype on which they worked on the logic of the user's interaction with the site.If you list the page down, the menu above disappears so that you don’t get attention.But when a user intuitively sends the cursor there, the site “think” this action, and shows the menu button in advance.When sending an application through a form, for example, it comes not only to the email but also to the Telegram bot.This helps not to lose applications if the manager went out for lunch, for example, or simply didn’t get an email notification.Added the audio interface.When you press the active element (for example, the feedback button), the user will hear the firm sound.This solution improves user experience and is remembered at the subconscious level.
