Website for selling a digital asset management system
About the project:
Picvario, a company specializing in digital asset management (DAM), approached us to create a website for an English-speaking audience. The main client requirement was to adapt the site for users from different countries, ensure easy navigation, a modern interface, and SEO optimization.
Tools and technologies used in the project:
CMS: WordPress.
Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript (Vue.js, core-js).
Databases: MySQL.
UI frameworks: Element UI.
Plugins: RankMath SEO, Contact Form 7.
Server: Apache HTTP Server.
SSL Certificate: Sectigo.
The client's wish was:
Develop a functional and responsive website for Picvario on the WordPress platform with content management capabilities, necessary plugin integrations, and search engine optimization.
Stages and development process:
Step 1: Design and prototyping
A site prototype was created, considering the client’s branding and target audience (English-speaking users). The prototype was approved, taking into account client preferences for navigation, content blocks, and visual elements.
Step 2: Layout and mobile adaptation
Responsive layout was implemented using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Interface elements were integrated using Element UI and the Vue.js framework to enhance interactivity.
Step 3: WordPress integration
A custom WordPress theme was developed and implemented, including the integration of essential plugins:
- RankMath SEO — for SEO optimization.
- Contact Form 7 — for creating contact forms.
- The MySQL database was configured for content management.
Step 4: Integration of additional features
Multimedia tools, including an embedded YouTube player, were added.
Conclusion:
The Picvario website was successfully launched and fully meets the client’s requirements. It features a responsive design, an easy-to-use content management system, and SEO optimization, ensuring a high level of user experience. The site operates smoothly across all devices and adheres to modern web development standards.
