Website for the Medium dental clinic on WordPress
The development of the website for the dental clinic was carried out based on a ready-made design in Figma.
After the design was approved, the Front-End development began, using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
— With the help of additional libraries, the functionality of sliders, field masks on forms, demonstration of completed services in the form of "before/after" photos, and pop-up windows was implemented.
— Additionally, Google Maps API was integrated to create a custom Google map with its own map design and marker.
Thanks to cross-browser support and implemented responsiveness, the website displays correctly on various devices and browsers.
During the development of the Backend, a unique WordPress theme for the dental clinic was created, allowing the client to independently and conveniently manage the website.
— ACF Pro and Gutenberg Blocks were used to create blocks with fields that allow changing the content on the site.
— A custom post type with categories for displaying services on the site was created and configured.
— Contact Form 7 was used to develop a consultation booking form that sends requests to email and Telegram with spam protection.
— A page with main settings was created, allowing changes to the general information of the site in one place: contact details, social networks, working hours, analytics codes, data for the Telegram bot, code for connecting Binotel, etc.
The Back-End was written in PHP programming language with support for the latest version 8.3 at the time of development. The code was checked for errors, and all necessary checks were implemented to prevent the output of empty blocks.
After the Front-End and Back-End development stages, all code was analyzed and optimized using services for analyzing website loading speed and checking validity, which allowed for maximum optimization of loading speed and achieving high performance indicators for the site.
When creating the website's administration panel, the main focus was on clarity and ease of content management. At this stage, hints for blocks were also written, and a guide for working with the admin panel was created.
