Full-spectrum UX/UI design from research to handoff to development team under the guidance of an art-director
A multitasking, long-term project focused on redesigning the website of a company that provides banking services.
The primary task was to analyze the existing structure and propose a new one, simplifying navigation and highlighting the most important and advanced services.
The complexity of the client’s offerings made the project challenging. However, extensive work was carried out, leading to the following solution: all services were divided into two categories—personal and business services. This immediately segments our users into two groups. Some services are unique to these categories, while others are shared.
The client’s specific challenge was the large amount of consultative information that can be difficult to comprehend. Therefore, we proposed a thoughtful navigation system, a user-friendly search function, and the presentation of information in article form.
In total, 167 pages were created for the desktop version, along with a responsive design for mobile devices. The project took over 4 months and was successfully completed.
