Project description
The website of the printing house “Na vchora” is an online platform for urgent “same-day” printing. In 2-3 minutes, the customer selects a product, configures the print run and materials, uploads the layout, and places an order without any phone calls. The focus is on speed and transparency: clear deadlines, statuses “in progress/printing/ready,” and notifications. The personal account stores order history, delivery addresses, invoices, and repeat purchases “in one click.” Online payments (acquiring, Apple/Google Pay) and integrations with delivery services are connected — from courier services in the city to NP/Ukrposhta. The result is less manual routine and more self-service orders.
Goals
Reduce the time from layout to printing (design in 2–3 minutes).
Increase the share of urgent orders and repeat purchases through the personal account.
Reduce the workload on managers through online and automatic statuses.
