An AI quiz has been implemented in ManyChat, where OpenAI dynamically formulates questions based on user responses and generates personalized financial analysis and recommendations.
The quiz results are sent to Make.com, where a branded PDF report is automatically created (via PDF.co) and sent to the client via email.
Additionally, AI support (FAQ) and appointment booking with an insurance agent through Calendly have been set up.
