Taxi application built for customers, drivers, and agencies, designed to manage the full ride-hailing workflow in a single platform.

The system includes separate roles for customers to book rides, drivers to accept and manage trips, and agencies to oversee operations, assign drivers, and monitor performance. The app supports real-time ride tracking, trip status updates, and smooth communication between all parties.

I developed the mobile application using Flutter, ensuring a consistent experience across Android and iOS. The focus was on performance, clean UI/UX, and fast interactions even under real-time updates.

The platform includes key features such as ride request and acceptance flow, driver availability management, fare calculation, trip history, and location-based matching using maps integration.

The architecture was designed to be scalable and maintainable, allowing future expansion such as payments, promotions, analytics dashboards, and advanced dispatching logic.
