The Great House in Ukraine

The project began as a reconstruction of the existing house and at the beginning had only a sketch from the customer. At the beginning, the main idea was to arrive a new part of the house and cover it with a joint roof. The roof itself was a sort of challenge, because it was several times changed by the buyer and also includes the mansard space. The first version of the house was with one balcony above the garage, but in the final there were already two balcony.

This project was started as a reconstruction task and we had only a draft scratch from the owner of the old house. At the beginning the main idea was to connect old and new part under common new roof. The roof itself was the challenge even it looks simple, but it includes attic floor. The first edition of this cottage had only one balcony, but the final version has two balconies for bedrooms and big windows.
