A Telegram bot developed to provide initial psychological and informational support for individuals affected by domestic violence.

Multilingual interface (Kazakh / Russian / Ukrainian);
Live-style conversation with the bot (support, motivation, reactive dialogue);
Quick access to emergency contacts: police, crisis centers, hotlines;
Clean architecture — built with Ruby, deployed on a private VPS without third-party dependencies;
Structured, topic-based menu (e.g. "Talk", "Contacts");
Scalable with the possibility to integrate AI (GPT-based) in the future.
The project is focused on supporting vulnerable groups and can be adapted for NGOs or government organizations.
