WordPress / Elementor: form in the hero and responsive FAQ

Recreated a typical short task for WordPress/Elementor: replaced the media-column of the first screen with a local order form and added an accessible FAQ. The demo shows before/after, mobile layout, required validation, success state, and keyboard navigation. A separate plugin ZIP contains PHP shortcodes, Elementor registration guard, scoped CSS, and JavaScript without jQuery. The form data is not sent anywhere. This is a self-initiated demo, not a client project. Stack: WordPress, Elementor, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Accessibility.
